An adaptable lunch or picnic dish. Adapt the the extras as to your tastes and the Pasta 'n' Sauce flavour. Chicken, leek and ham pasta, add ham and sunblushed tomatoes, Cheese and broccoli, add brocolli, peas and some bacon. The combinations are endless
- 1 Packet - Batcholers Pasta n Sauce - Chicken & Mushroom
- 50 gms - Tesco Exotic Dried Mushrooms
- 50 gms - Butternut Squash, small diced
- 1 sprig - Fresh Rosemary, roughly chopped
- 450 ml - Hot Water
- 3 - Eggs, beaten
- Soak the dried mushrooms in the water for 30 minutes. Heat oven to 200°C.
- Make up the pasta n sauce mix using the soaking water (Do not add milk or butter) and the diced Squash and the rosemary, otherwise as directed.
- Add the cooked pasta and eggs into a baking dish, stir throughly and bake for 30-35 mins in the oven.
