A little sauce filling based on a peppercorn steak sauce
- 1 per person - Jacket Potato
- 1 - Onion, finely chopped
- 1 - Green Pepper; deseeded and finely chopped
- Fry Light
- 2 tbsp - Creme Fraiche
- 50 ml - Skimmed Milk
- 2 tbsp - Ground Black Pepper
- ½ tsp - Chilli Powder
- a pinch - Dried Mixed Herbs
- Salt
- 2-3 slices - Sliced beef or steak
- Place a fry pan on a medium heat and spray with a little FryLight.
- Add onions and peppers and fry gently until softened.
- Add Creme Fraiche, 1 tbsp of ground pepper, the mixed herbs, chilli powder and a pinch of salt and mix in. Turn the heat to low, so as not to burn the creme fraiche, then add a little milk at a time to make a sauce consistency.
- Add the beef and stir in and warm through, check the seasoning, you may want to add the rest of the black pepper at this point, a little at a time.
- Place you hot potato on the plate, cut open and spoon in the pepper sauce and beef mix. Serve alone or with a mixed salad.
