Onion Bhaji Falafels

Low fat Onion Bhajis without the calories.by using the chick peas you are removing the need for the Gram flour to bind, and reducing the syns. Great served with coriander dip and salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 - Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 - Potato, boiled
  • 1 - Can of Chick Peas, drained
  • 2 tsp - Garam massala
  • 1 tsp - Ground Turmeric
  • ½ tsp - Chilli Powder
  • 1 - Egg, beaten

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz.
  2. Form into balls, and fry in a large pan with a spray of Fry Light until golden brown.
