Meat Loaf

A fantastic family budget meal, Quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 500 gms - Extra Lean Minced Beef
  • 1 - Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 - Celery Stick, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp - Worchesterhire Sauce
  • Fry Light
  • 1 - Egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato Puree
  • 50 gms - Tesco Sage & Onion Stuffing, made up as directed
  • 1 biscuit - Weetabix

Method

  1. Heat oven to 180° C / 350°F/Gas 4
  2. Soften onion and celery in pan with Fry Light for 10 mins. leave to cool.
  3. Mix mince, cooled onion and all the other ingredients, squeeze together to combine throughly. Form into a loaf shape and place in a loaf tin. Cover the top with a sheet of greaseproof paper, sprayed with Fry Light.
  4. Bake for approximately 45 mins or until meatloaf is cooked. (Remove greaseprrof paper 15 minutes before end of cooking).
