A fantastic family budget meal, Quick and easy to prepare.
- 500 gms - Extra Lean Minced Beef
- 1 - Onion, finely chopped
- 1 - Celery Stick, finely chopped
- 2 tsp - Worchesterhire Sauce
- Fry Light
- 1 - Egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp - Tomato Puree
- 50 gms - Tesco Sage & Onion Stuffing, made up as directed
- 1 biscuit - Weetabix
- Heat oven to 180° C / 350°F/Gas 4
- Soften onion and celery in pan with Fry Light for 10 mins. leave to cool.
- Mix mince, cooled onion and all the other ingredients, squeeze together to combine throughly. Form into a loaf shape and place in a loaf tin. Cover the top with a sheet of greaseproof paper, sprayed with Fry Light.
- Bake for approximately 45 mins or until meatloaf is cooked. (Remove greaseprrof paper 15 minutes before end of cooking).
