A surprisingly good replacement for traditional pastry.

Ingredients

  • 1 - Apple, peeled and cored
  • 180 gms - Plain Flour
  • 1 tsp - Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon Juice

Method

  1. Boil apple until soft.
  2. Place all The flour and baing powder in a food processor and process until it forms a ball. (Or, use the traditional method of pushing apple through a sieve and then mix together with other ingredients.)
  3. The dough will be sticky. Refrigerate 2-3 hours. Remove dough from refrigerator, and use as normal.
