- 2 - Chicken breasts
- 330 ml - Diet Coke
- 1 - Onion, finely chopped
- 6 tbsp - Tomato Passata
- Splash - Worchestershire Sauce
- Splash - Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp - Chinese five spice
- 1 - Garlic clove, crushed
- 1 - Chicken/Veg Stock Cube
- In a deep frying pan, fry the chicken in FryLight with onions till it seals.
- Add the can of diet coke, passata, 5 spice, garlic, oxo cube, worchestershire sauce and soy sauce and leave it to simmer on low heat for 30 mins
- Stir occasionally and when not too loose and going slightly sticky, stir in cooked noodles and server or serve with boiled rice.
