Slimming World extra easy syns: 3.5 per portion
Serves: 24
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Still a real treat, but a little nicer on the waistline!
- 225 gms - Plain Flour
- 1 tsp - Baking Powder
- 200 gms - Caster Sugar
- 4 tbsp - Sweetener
- 4 - Weetabix, crushed
- 225 gms - Low fat spread (I can't believe it's not butter light)
- 60 ml - Skimmed Milk from allowance
- 25 gms - Pecans or other nuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp - Cocoa
- Set oven to at 180°C.
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Add melted butter.
- Add milk as required to keep mixture moist (may need a little less or a little more depending on how moist mixture is).
- Press into a greased tray.
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Ice with favourite icing.
- Leave to set in fridge.
