Syn free dessert that everyone can enjoy, but only if you feel like sharing.
- 2 x 190 gms - Mullerlight Yogurts
- 8 tbsp - Sweetener
- 250 gms - Very low fat Fromage Frais
- 2 - Egg Whites
- Add the sweetener, muller and fromage frais to a bowl and mix together well.
- In a separate bowl whisk the egg whites until frothy.
- Add the whites to the yogurt mix and stir well, add fruits etc at this point.
- Put in a shallow oven dish, cover and freeze for 2-3 hours. Remove from the freezer, put misture in a food processor and blend until smooth and return to thedish, cover and return to the freezer for a further 1-2 hours, or starting to set around the edges.
- Remove the ice cream from the freezer and use a fork to beat the mixture, breaking up the ice crystals. Freezer for a further 3-4 hours, beating every 30-40 minutes until mixture is firm enough to scoop.
- Remove from the freezer about 15 minute prior to serving.
- Alternatively to steps 4-6 use an ice cream making, following the makers instructions, add chocolate or biscuit based treats to your ice cream at this point.
